Order

For custom order, can I request proof prior to printing?

For any custom order, we will send proof prior to production within 24~48 hours after receiving the custom file and once the order transaction is completed.

Can I order custom size sign?

It really depends on the product you are looking to purchase. In order to streamline our operation and production to provide the quickest turnaround, we only offer certain custom size products. Please reach out for more detail.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Please double check your order before placing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, changes may or may not be possible depending on the type of order you purchase from us. However, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but no guarantee.

How long will it take for me to receive the products?

We use USPS or FedEx as our preferred carrier for shipping, the average transit time is from 1~5 business days from the time shipment takes place.

Do you store my credit/debit card information?

No, we do not store your credit/debit card information. All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, and your card details are encrypted for added security.

Shipping

What is average leadtime for shipping?

Depend on the product you purchased, items that do not require printing will typically ship out within 24-48 hours. Items require custom print will take 72 - 96 hours to ship out.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Please reach out for expedited and express shipping. Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and the items in your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate delivery date.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. However, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but no guarantee.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

Due to the overall sizes of our products, courier like UPS or FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Return and Exchange

What is your cancellation Policy?

We will be able to request cancellation for your order within an hour after the order is placed. Once the shipments is picked up by the carrier, any cancellation will incur additional shipping charges which included freight charges going out and coming back.  

What can I do when the product is damage?

Your package is always provided with the utmost care and dedication to ensure the package will arrive to you safely.

However, unpredictable things may happen during transit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can handle this for you asap.

Can I return my merchandise?

Depend on the product you purchased from us, custom order is not returnable unless the items were made incorrect or damage.

Any unused and full price items are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to refund policy for more detail.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
